Most pieces of jewelry are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days. If you have to receive an order faster, inform us when making your purchase and every effort will be made to finish and ship your item(s) sooner.
A 8.5% sales tax is required for all California residents and will be automatically added to their order. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.
All orders within the U.S. are shipped via U.S. Postal Service priority mail. The shipping fee is $8, which includes tracking and insurance.
International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service first-class mail. The shipping fee is $25 but does not include insurance or tracking. If you prefer to have the package insured and tracked, please contact us first and we will provide you with a shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. We cannot predict how long it will take for an order to clear customs in your specific country.
Note:We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with U.S. Postal Service. We will of course, supply any documentation and information necessary for submission of your claim.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging for store credit; refunds are not offered. The jewelry must be returned in the ORIGINAL condition as it was received. Custom orders are final and are not returnable. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returned merchandise.
